CADA offers a range of job opportunities for graduates, trainees and entry level applicants. Our domestic and family violence practitioners hold degrees in social work, human services, justice, law, education, counselling and other fields. We also have staff working on special projects and administration. Our staff work from our offices in Caboolture, Redcliffe and Strathpine and from police stations in Moreton Bay.

PRADO Support Worker

CADA is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to support the delivery of quality case management activities to maximise the safety of all families at risk. This position provides early intervention, safety skills, planning and information for families across Moreton Bay following Queensland Police Service (QPS) attendance to their homes in relation to domestic and family violence.

Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Practitioner

CADA is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to provide brief intervention and counselling including emotional support, information, referral and advocacy to people experiencing domestic and family violence, undertaking risk assessments, safety planning and providing assistance completing Domestic Violence Protection Order applications.

Women's Wellbeing Practitioner

Position Description – Women’s Wellbeing Practitioner

Operations Officer

The Operations Officer supports the operational needs of CADA. The role will support the Finance and Operations Manager to ensure that responsive services are provided in a timely and professional manner. 

This position will provide comprehensive general administration support on a relief basis across the CADA offices in Caboolture, Redcliffe or Strathpine as required or directed.

Policy and Communications Officer

The Policy and Communications Officer will provide assistance to the Coordinator Operations and Compliance and Manager Finance and Operations to maintain and develop policies and procedures to meet Human Service Quality Framework requirements and other certification required.

The Policy and Communications Officer has input into a wide range of communications and platforms. These include printed and electronic collaterals such as CADA’s website, Facebook and other social media accounts. The role has the skills, knowledge and ability to liaise regarding design, printing and publishing of communication materials.
